Wreck and ride with the Steel Rats’ 3rd anniversary!
3 years ago, the Steel Rats began revving their engines. On November 7th, 2018 rubber was burned, scrap was gathered and junkbots were obliterated. In celebration of Steel Rats’ anniversary, we’re taking some time to reflect. From concept and development to the full release and you’re invited to join us for a ride through the coolest dieselpunk universe in video games.
We’ll be powerslide through the archives to reveal exactly how an alternative 1940’s American Coastal City falls victim to mean machinery programmed to wipe out humanity. Showcasing art, storyboards, a giant promotional junkbot we took to events (no, really), rap tracks and music from Japanese band The 5.6.7.8’s (yes from the Kill Bill Part 1), and more.
