We’re excited to present Gloomywood Studios first 2Dark Dev Diary, titled ‘From Concept to Creation’. 2Dark will be available both physically and digitally for PlayStation®4, Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system and PC on March 17, 2017.
Frédérick Raynal, creator of Alone in the Dark® and pioneer of the survival-horror genre, and Thierry Platon, Narrative Director of Gloomywood, go into details about the conception of the project. Discover the thoughts behind the creation of the original and unpredictable gameplay of 2Dark, as well as the mindset of thinking of videogames as a true interactive media, able to touch on mature and indeed, even unpleasant subjects. In 2Dark, “everything is double-edged!” shares Frédérick Raynal.
2Dark is a stealth adventure game which will test your mettle and your thinking skills to the limit. Sneak through the shadows and escape merciless traps within each level to lead ex-detective Smith through the lairs of psychopaths. Try to survive your investigation, but above all else, save the children!
