BUNDLE STARS IS BECOMING FANATICAL
Bundle Stars, a leading digital game store which has sold over 45 million game keys to more than one million customers worldwide, is changing its name to Fanatical from November 1st.
It’s the start of a new chapter for the e-commerce platform that launched in 2012 with just one bundle for sale. Since then, Bundle Stars has evolved into a fully-fledged digital store, officially licensing over 4,500 PC games sourced from over 750 publishers. Bundle Stars has built up a loyal following, with over 2.5 million fans across social media channels, and an “excellent” reputation for customer service on consumer review service Trustpilot.
A sleek new website will be launched at fanatical.com on November 1st, at 10am GMT. At the same time, bundlestars.com will be retired. Existing customers of Bundle Stars needn’t worry, as they will experience a completely hassle-free transition to the new website. They’ll be able to use their existing login details, and previously purchased game keys will automatically appear in their Fanatical account section.
The Fanatical website will include performance enhancing improvements based on feedback from Bundle Stars customers. A polished new look, improved navigation, lightning-fast page load times, and a completely new search platform with powerful filtering are just some of the features implemented for the Fanatical launch, with many more on the roadmap.
Operationally, Fanatical will continue seamlessly with the same integrity, the existing leadership, and the same awesome team, which has been expanded to enable the introduction of exciting new features and products.
