Dallas Empire Signs Tyler “FeLo” Johnson

The Dallas Empire, reigning champions and one of 12 teams competing in the second season of the Call of Duty League, has completed its roster for the 2021 season with the signing of Tyler “FeLo” Johnson. The Call of Duty esports veteran will act as a substitute player and “Search & Destroy” specialist.

Active in Call of Duty esports since 2014, FeLo has competed professionally and in challengers circuits on teams including Denial Esports, compLexity, eUnited, and Evil Geniuses, among others. He has appeared at multiple championships and took first place in the 2020 North America Challengers Finals.

“Bringing FeLo to the team was a natural move for us as we prepare to repeat our championship run from the League’s first season,” said Ray “Rambo” Lussier, Head Coach of the Empire. “He’s a world-class search and destroy player and helped us prepare for the Grand Finals last year, so we’re expecting great things from him.”

The Dallas Empire will play an exhibition match against the New York Subliners on Saturday, January 23rd at 2p.m. CT.The game will be livestreamed on YouTube.
