CCP Games’ Shanghai Studio Earns Designation as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ Organization in 2020

Now all CCP Games’ development studios worldwide are officially certified as a best workplace by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.

Today, renowned Icelandic game developer CCP Games announced that’s its Shanghai studio – responsible for the ongoing development of EVE Online in China as well as previous releases DUST 514 and the Gunjack series- is Great Place to Work-Certified™.

Certification is a significant achievement. Using validated employee feedback gathered with Great Place to Work’s rigorous, data-driven ‘For All’ methodology, Certification confirms that 82% of employees have a consistently positive experience at CCP Shanghai.

In context, this means that 82% of CCP Shanghai’s employee population are fully engaged with their leaders and organization – an exceptionally high employee engagement score when measured against the minimum threshold of 65% required to be certified as a Great Place to Work® in Asia.
