Awaken Realms team not only broke another record on Kickstarter when it comes to the time needed to get funded (1 minute to collect $49,012) but in fact “broke” Kickstarter website as such. Errors and timeouts across the platform appear as gamers storm the website to support the upcoming boardgame – Nemesis Lockdown.

The official information on the Kickstarter website reads: “We apologize, but it looks like something’s gone wrong. We’ve been notified about this issue, and we’re currently looking into it. Thanks for your patience, and sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later.” All because even though Awaken Realms is known for breaking the bank with their campaigns, apparently nobody was ready for such a massive gamers’ attack, all at once trying to support the studio’s new boardgame – Nemesis Lockdown.

Even though Nemesis Lockdown got funded in only one minute, collecting the required $49,012 of the initial goal, you can still support the game on Kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/awakenrealms/nemesis-lockdown. Of course, once the platform is up and running again because as you can see below, as soon as the campaign launched at 6:00 p. m. CET / 12:00 p. m. EDT today, Kickstarter servers started experiencing issues.
