Puzzle Pelago turns the classic ware-chain based economy sim into a challenging puzzle! Travel from island to island and help rebuild the economy devastated by a storm. Help rebuild the network of goods production via deceptively simple drag & drop mechanics. Produce various goods exactly where the islanders need them – from wooden planks and wheat to barrels, beer, and bread.
The challenge comes from the fact that roads are not allowed to cross, and space on the square, tile-based island is limited. The lumberjack produces logs, and sawmills produce planks. How will you connect them? You must find a way to lay out the economy in a way that meets all the islander’s needs.
The first few islands mainly serve to teach the game’s mechanics, introduce new resources, and present all the combinations of goods that arise. Later levels become gradually more difficult. For example, the introduction of bridges in chapter 4 create completely new puzzles designs for you to solve!
