November Events Include Thanksgiving Festivities and AC Scratch Ticket: Blazing Beats in Collaboration with Legendary Fighting Game Guilty Gear
SEGA today announced their popular free-to-play online action RPG, Phantasy Star Online 2 (Global), has added a new Urgent Quest – “Castrum Demonica: Madness”. Thanksgiving festivities have also begun in-game today, and a new AC Scratch Ticket collaboration with Arc System Works’ Guilty Gear and BlazBlue begins on November 18.
Castrum Demonica: Madness
The unthinkable has happened, and reports indicate that for an unknown reason Ys Artia has begun an incursion into Cuento. Scouts report that they’ve glimpsed a veritable sea of Supernaturals, and this is concerning, as the only thing capable of summoning that many at once would be a Castrum Demonica. In addition, ARKS Intelligence officers have reported that there are F-Factor signals present, indicating that there are Falspawn within their ranks. Senior operatives are needed to deploy immediately to counter this CASTRUM DEMONICA and prevent MADNESS from ensuing.
An ARKS Operative is never off duty, as there always exists the potential for unplanned attacks from their tenacious enemies. In these instances, operatives must be reactive to changing conditions and enemies, as periodically the opposing forces will switch tactics and unleash new experiences–or new content–upon Fleet Oracle. These attacks are known throughout the Ships as URGENT QUESTS.
Thanksgiving Event Details (November 11 – December 8)
Beginning today, ARKS are celebrating Thanksgiving! The Shopping Plaza is decorated with Thanksgiving colors and – of course – a big, cooked turkey. Take on new Event Quests, like defeating large bird enemies, to earn a Turkey Leg weapon camo, which can be used with all weapon types. Event Quests reward Thanksgiving Badge 2020 and can be exchanged for Thanksgiving themed outfits and room decorations. Rare Thanksgiving Rappy enemies may appear during missions and can drop Rappy Suit Mini outfits.

Collaboration Packs: PSU Magashi, Howzer, Vivienne & Helga

These packs feature items from some of the series’ most notable characters, such as Magashi, Howzer, Vivienne, and Helga, and will be available in the store of your preferred PSO2 platform on November 11th.
AC Scratch Ticket: Blazing Beats (November 18 – December 15)
Starting November 18 and running through December 15, costumes and hairstyles from Arc System Works’ flagship fighting game, Guilty Gear, and BlazBlue are available in the AC Scratch Ticket shop. Players can wear the outfits and hairstyles of classic characters such as Sol Badguy, Ky Kiske, Millia Rage, Elphelt Valentine, Ragna the Bloodedge, Jin Kisaragi, Noel Vermillion and more.
Phantasy Star Online 2 players are invited to join together online to explore numerous worlds with friends and experience PSO2’s unparalleled action combat and character customization. Choosing from four unique races and nine classes, players can join forces with up to eleven other operatives at a time to experience unforgettable battles and boss fights.
The global version of Phantasy Star Online 2 includes fully localized text and character voices in English. In addition to the immersive original PSO2 story, the global version also features the most-up-to-date balancing and quality-of-life improvements from the Japanese service. Players can take a break from questing by playing one of the many Casino mini-games, chilling in the Alliance Quarters, competing in the ARKS League or attending live stage events. And they can do all of this with friends on both PC and Xbox One thanks to cross-platform play.
