Dallas Fuel Launch Single-Day Ticket Sales with Seats Starting at $19
In February, the Dallas Fuel kicked off the 2020 Overwatch League season in front of a sold-out crowd at the largest dedicated esports facility in North America. Today, the team announced new ticket prices that will make Dallas Fuel home events hosted at Toyota Music Factory (April 4-5) and Allen Event Center (April 25-26) accessible to more fans.
Single-day tickets are launching starting at $19 per day, with weekend pass prices as low as $39. Tickets to both events are now available on DallasFuel.com.
“Fans rocked the arena at our first home weekend from start to finish,” said Justin Rojas, VP of Events at Envy Gaming, which owns the Dallas Fuel. “What we heard was that fans loved the event experience and would love to come to more of our events if we could make ticket buying simpler and more affordable. We listened: our new single-day ticket prices make it so any fan can come check out the hometown esports experience.”
Fans get access to an Overwatch League triple-header during each day of competition at the Dallas Fuel home series. In addition to three professional esports matches, fans will have exclusive access to Fuel collectables, Overwatch in-game Dallas sprays, event merch, player meet-and-greets, and more.
Seating tiers were simplified, with only four ticket segments offered – meaning the best seats in each section of the arena will go fast on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fans who had previously purchased weekend passes for Amp It Up Weekend presented by Frontier at Toyota Music Factory or Classic Weekend presented by Frontier at Allen Event Center will be refunded the difference in price paid. Single-day tickets were not previously available.
“We’re taking esports on tour in North Texas, listening to the community, and putting on a great show for anyone to try out the live esports experience,” said Geoff Moore, President of Envy Gaming.
