Today at 7pm. (CET), get ready to challenge many wacky creatures, to dive into dark dungeons, to fly with your own wings… or on the backs of gigantic animals. In other words, this week, welcome to the Steam Next Festival. 7 days to open the doors of incredible worlds, and test hundreds of demos of all kinds.
PID Games brilliantly embeds itself in your player experience, curious, enthusiastic, but quite demanding. Until February 28, the French independent publisher is excited to present essentials gems of its upcoming line-up, with 7 games that really have their own features: Ruggnar, Bibots, Fireball Wizard, Roto Force, Hellslave, and fresh-announced Cassiodora. But PID Games doesn’t stop there and reveals even more, by unveiling a brand new project: Mari & Bayu. Great news, the demo is also playable from now on, as part of the Steam Next Festival.
In the spree of the Steam Next Festival, PID Games offers you a few moments of magic with the demo of its latest collaboration: Mari & Bayu – The Road Home. A beautiful journey into an enchanting 2D world, created by Skinny Bandit studio. Alone or in coop, the adventure of Mari & Bayu is an invitation to discover nature as you’ve never seen it before.
You will have to make yourself very small to explore the greater, in both roles of Mari, a young lost ant, but also of Bayu, a smart firefly who has come to help her find her way. From the grass of this magical reality, Mari and her friend Bayu will have to face many obstacles, solve puzzles, spin through the air and ride vigorous insects, to finally find her family.
