BenQ ZOWIE announces India Qualifiers for eXTREMESLAND CS:GO Asia Open 2017
BenQ ZOWIE is proud to officially announce the Qualifier for the BenQ ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND 2017 Asia Cup for India. eXTREMESLAND is an annual eSports event which aims to take e-Sports scene in Asia Pacific to a new level, offering an opportunity for all Asian CS:GO players to compete with the best CS:GO teams across the region.
As an open qualifier, pro teams from India will be eligible to compete online over a 3-week period, followed by an on-ground finale event for their chance to qualify for the BenQ ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND event in Shanghai, China.
BenQ eXTREMESLAND ZOWIE will be divided into three phases:
- Online Qualifiers: 11th to 27th August
- India LAN finals: 23th to 24th September
- Shanghai LAN finals: 16th to 22nd October
The online phase of the tournament will provide the opportunity for new and lesser known teams a chance to prove their talents in an easily accessible, open format. The Offline Stage of the India Qualifier will see the top 4 teams battle it out at LXG – League of Extraordinary Gamers, Bangalore in September. The crowned champions of the India qualifiers will win an all-expenses paid trip to Shanghai to represent the country and fight the best teams in Asia Pacific for the coveted prize pool of USD 100,000.
All eXTREMESLAND ZOWIE Asia CS: GO 2017 matches will be played on the all new XL2546 240hz esports monitors with DyAc® technology. This event will also be the first time gamers will be able to experience the Celeritas II keyboard which was recently launched worldwide.
