Dev Diary: Aurora’s Journey and the Pitiful Lackey

The video game, supported by PlayStation® Talents, is now available in Standard and Lackey editions on PlayStation® Store and Steam.
Madrid, January 17th 2023.   Aurora’s Journey and the Pitiful Lackey, the recently released game by The Not So Great Team studio with the support of PlayStation Talents Games Camp, which is a side-scrolling adventure game with mini-games and run&gun mechanics, has counted with Japanese composer Marika Takeuchi to create the soundtrack. Marika Takeuchi is a Japanese composer and pianist currently based in Los Angeles. She has released recordings of her modern classical music, as well as writing music for films, commercials, music libraries, and video games.

She has also written music for numerous music libraries, including West One Music, Extreme Music, APM Music, as well as participating in many piano compilation albums over the years. She has recently composed the soundtrack for the game Aurora’s Journey and the Pitiful Lackey for PlayStation and PC. Her latest album Lost Letters was released in July 2022 through West One Music Group

Aurora’s Journey and the Pitiful Lackey is now available on both PlayStation™Store and Steam at a price of $14.95. It also has the Lackey edition on both platforms at $19,95, which in addition to the base game includes four avatars and, in the case of PS4 and PS5, the original soundtrack.
