Ex- Bosch Head of Engineering Pradeep Kumar Keloth joining Skill-Lync as in-house expert on Electric Vehicle domain

Skill-Lync, India’s largest engineering education start-up, recently appointed Ex- Bosch Head of Engineering (EV Topics),  Pradeep Kumar Keloth as the Principal Architect for Electric Vehicle (EV) domain. As the in-house domain expert, Pradeep will play a key role in developing world-class learning material on fundamental and advanced topics in EV for freshers and experienced engineers to address the needs of the rapidly growing EV OEM, supplier, and engineering services market in India and globally.

As a part of Skill-Lync’s strategy to scale up operations and offerings in the EV space, it aims to deliver relevant skills and expertise to aspiring and experienced engineers through carefully designed courses and expert support from in-house faculty. Pradeep will be responsible for developing courses on advanced concepts such as EV motor, Motor controller , Battery pack ,  BMS system , model-based system engineering, electric vehicle thermal management, functional safety, EV charging from smart grid and more. These unique offerings will help accelerate the careers of students and young professionals in the EV industry and grow the overall size and skill-level of the EV talent pool in India.

Pradeep is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the areas of systems, modeling, and simulation, in Automotive and other industry verticals. In the early part of his career , he worked as Scientific Officer at Nuclear Power Corporation for about 12 years.  He worked extensively in the area of modeling and simulation of subsystems of nuclear power plants, leading to the development of a real time Nuclear Power Plant simulator.   Pradeep has retired recently from Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solution Pvt Ltd (RBEI) as head of department for Electrification overseeing System engineering, Simulation, Controls, and Software Development for Electrification Products and Solutions. He was also responsible for 2 Centre Of Excellence initiatives  in the field of electrification. Pradeep has also collaborated with multiple academic institutions such as NIT Calicut, Amrita University, PSG Institute of Technology, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala Technological University, KLE Technological University, PES University, Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology, and TKM Engineering College  as invited speaker for faculty development programs, guest faculty, and academic advisor. Pradeep is also an Executive Committee member of the IEEE Kerala chapter.

With this appointment, the startup wants to enable students to build deep technical expertise across the evolving EV market and make students industry-ready.

The edtech startup also recently announced it had achieved an annual revenue runrate (ARR) of US$ 40 million, growing over 4x growth in the last five months.
