The new event will see players compete in teams to match, blast and boost their way through levels to collect trophies and coins
Outplay Entertainment, the largest independent mobile game developer in the UK, has announced a new event for its culinary mobile puzzle game, Gordon Ramsay: Chef Blast. Starting at 11am BST on Thursday 9th September, the Team Trophy Tournament will see players compete in teams to collect Silver Trophies and earn coins and special in-game boosts.
Building on the game’s community and social features, the tournament offers players a unique opportunity to play together in the search for victory, collaborating to secure their team’s place at the top. Teams who place in the top 3 at the end of the event, 11am BST on Thursday 16th September, will win valuable in-game rewards.
Players can also compete with or against influencers, including Beverly Mitchell and Sana Sherwani, each of whom has formed an ‘alliance’ with their followers for the duration of the tournament. Additional participants include Anthony Damico, Yara Zaya, Jovi Dufren and Tiffy Cooks. The winning influencer team will receive an additional in-game bonus of coins and boosts.
A brand new and exclusive recipe from Gordon Ramsay, a tantalising Grilled Maine Lobster Roll with Homemade Salt and Vinegar Chips, will also be available for players to unlock throughout the duration of the tournament. Aspiring chefs can download and print the recipe at home, alongside a host of additional exclusive in-game recipes such as buttermilk chicken with truffle cheese mash, crispy pork belly with parsnip puree and chocolate hazel tarts with salted caramel.
Gordon Ramsay’s Chef Blast is Outplay Entertainment’s acclaimed title featuring the Culinary Genius™ himself. Released in January 2021, players can blast their way through the puzzle game by tapping and matching cubes to win levels and unlock some of Gordon’s most impressive recipes.
