Keeping up with the Tsunami of Bundled Price Plans: Benchmarking for Service Providers and Regulators
Multiplay bundles – from dual play through to quint play – increasingly make up the majority of offers from many providers globally. The sheer breadth and depth of information that these offers create makes it extremely difficult for service providers, regulators and consumers to uncover market realities; and to compare, rank, benchmark different propositions and average price points from service provider to service provider, much less from country to country.
A systematic, updateable, customizable, interactive toolset is required to be able to answer key questions such as:
- Which countries offer the lowest and highest multiplay bundle offer in different tiers?
- Where do service providers rank in terms of price position for a low, medium, high end bundle?
- What range of prices is being offered across the OECD countries for different bundles?
