The time-looping adventure game will be available on both platforms in early 2022
| Today indie publisher Fellow Traveller and developer Happy Broccoli Games announced that anime-inspired Kraken Academy!! will be released in early 2022 for Nintendo Switch and Xbox One for US $17.99. The game is currently available on Steam for PC, MacOS and Linux for. Initially launched in September of this year for PC, Mac and Linux, Kraken Academy!! has a 95% ‘Very Positive’ rating on Steam. To celebrate the announcement of the Xbox version at the ID@Xbox Event, players can now download a demo of the game from the Xbox store. A demo will also be available for Nintendo Switch users from the Nintendo eShop in early 2022. A ‘Groundhog Day-meets-anime school comedy’, Kraken Academy!! follows the adventures of a new student arriving on campus who is granted time-travel powers from a magical kraken. They must overcome awkward social situations, uncover school secrets, and prevent the impending apocalypse. |
