V-IDOLS MAULI AND KILI COLLABORATE WITH FAIRA TO SAVE PLANET EMOTE IN NEPTUNIA™ VIRTUAL STARS
Faira needs all the V-Idol help that she can get! We are excited to announce that the official website for the music-based hack ‘n’ slash game, Neptunia™ Virtual Stars, has been updated with the character profiles for the characters below!
Neptunia Virtual Stars launches for PlayStation®4 physically and digitally in North America on March 2 and in Europe on March 5. The Steam® version will launch on March 29.
Both PS4 and Steam versions will only include Japanese voiceover options as well as English subtitles. The Steam version also includes Japanese and Traditional Chinese subtitles.
V-Idols
V-Idols are virtual idols from distant dimensions who were summoned by Faira to save Planet Emote from the Antis.
Vtubers
Vtubers are real-life internet stars who have been kidnapped by the Antis to destroy Planet Emote’s content. The Gamindustri Goddesses and V-Idols must collect V-Cubes from defeated V-Hunters to save the Vtubers.

Mauli is part of a virtual unit formed with her partner, Kili. She is a talker, which pairs well with the soft-spoken Kili. Their contrast enhances their marketing appeal. Her bluntness makes her the ideal older sister, and nothing fazes her free-spirited demeanor. Although she can be aloof, she takes great care to be a good listener.
*Mauli is a V-Idol, but is not playable.
Kili
Kili is part of a virtual unit formed with her partner, Mauli. She is soft-spoken, which pairs well with the talkative Mauli. Their contrast enhances their marketing appeal. Kili can be pessimistic and somber. That said, she has a smug, chatty side to her that sometimes rears its head.

The ideal goddess. Just, sensible, and deeply compassionate. She can be too trusting in others, which is exacerbated by her clumsiness. She summons the four Goddesses and the Vtubers to save Planet Emote, hoping to stave off destruction at the hands of Antis.

Story
