More than 200 Trainers attended the First-Ever Official Pokémon GO Event in Delhi

As a first in-person event in India, more than 200 Trainers in Delhi attended a special Pokémon Go event on the occasion of the Sandshrew Community Day, which was organised at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, from 11 am to 5 pm on 13th March.

During this event, the Trainers encountered Sandshrew and Alolan Sandshrew, the mouse Pokémon, which appeared more frequently in the wild. Lucky trainers were also able to encounter the shiny variants. Besides playing and trading Pokémon, the Trainers also enjoyed photo ops at the event, Legendary Raids and were treated to a host of Pokémon goodies.

Pokémon GO is celebrating the global Festival of Colors event in the game from 15th-20th March. This includes a special weekend just for India from 18th-20th March.
