Award winning action-adventure game Raji: An Ancient Epic is live on Steam, Epic Store and GOG with a brand new Enhanced Edition.
| Enhanced Edition is a free content update, providing tons of improvements and new features to the existing game. In 2020 Raji: An Ancient Epic thrust players into an acrobatic action-adventure set in ancient India. Following the adventures of courageous Raji, players armed themselves with the divine blessings of Hindu deities, confronted demons and navigated meticulously-rendered locations based on folklore and the medieval architecture of Rajasthan. Two years later, Raji is making a comeback. The Enhanced Edition comes with a swathe of new features and major improvements. Aside from additional RTX options to see the already-beautiful world of the game in a new light, the developers diligently addressed feedback from fans to provide meaningful additions for new and returning players alike. Combat boasts improved behavior from both Raji and her fierce demonic foes. Raji’s acrobatics and divine arsenal now allow for finer directional control, allowing better positioning in combat. A crucial improvement seeing as the various demons now have new maneuvers and new variants that make them more of a threat. Certain bosses are back with entirely new phases to surprise even seasoned players. That said, Enhanced Edition clearly knows its player base doesn’t consist solely of hardcore action-adventure fans. Story Mode is specifically tailored for those more interested in exploration and story. In it, demons die in one shot whereas Raji boasts invincibility akin to that of an anointed demi-goddess. On the contrary, the brutal One Shot One Kill mode makes Raji as susceptible to the attacks of her enemies. Players will have to dodge it all and strike back, or die (re)trying. The Enhanced Edition also offers Easy, Normal and Hard difficulty levels. A newly introduced list of levels and checkpoints allows players to revisit specific parts of the game. Whether it is to enjoy favorite encounters or spend more time in a favorite environment, they need only choose one of the checkpoints they have reached from the starting menu. Finally in a bid to give the Ancient Epic the authentic retelling it deserves, Raji: Enhanced Edition brings a full Hindi voiceover. It also sees improvements to SFX, UI, VFX, and additions to demons characters, with new skins and masks. |
