Townscaper Coming to Android and iOS October 20

Having already sold over half a million copies across PC and Nintendo Switch, Townscaper is now coming to Android and iOS on October 20. The game is now available for preorder and pre-registration through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Townscaper is best described as more of a town-building toy than a game. All you need to do is tap on the screen to plop down colorful blocks that naturally snap together to create vibrant, pleasant looking, island towns. There are no resources to manage or elements to unlock – you simply let your creativity flow. It is this simplistic and touch-screen conducive gameplay that makes it so accessible and ideal for a relaxing day at home or on a commute.

Oskar Stålberg is the creator behind Townscaper and whose previous work includes the Viking inspired, RTS title, Bad North. Like with Bad North, Oskar is once again working with Raw Fury to expand the reach of Townscaper across multiple platforms. Having officially released on August 26 for PC and Switch, the mobile version will carry a similar price tag of $4.99 (USD)/£4.49/€4.99.
