IFA 2017
What a fun week we had in Berlin, wandering into the vibes of tech future.

We brought our A-game to this year’s IFA, showcasing the new MAGNUS EN/ER Series, the ZBOX MI553 with an all-new chassis, our ultimate tiny machine – ZBOX PI225, and the upcoming external VGA box as a sneak peak.

Many had come to get a limitless and wireless VR experience with our VR GO backpack, playing on diverse game titles such as Audioshield. Check out that bright smile!

Our “Orange Juice Machine” was as always, an eye catcher. Isn’t it amazing to watch the yellow liquid running through the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 ArcticStorm graphics card and SONIX PCI-E SSD in an open Thermaltake case? Nice work!

EGX 2017

This year’s EGX had featured more eSports action than ever before. We were delighted to be a part of the ESL Arena, surrounded by people interested in what’s coming next in the industry.

We had our new MAGNUS ER51070 on display for people to demo, playing Counter Strike: Global Offense. A lot of them found very impressive for a PC of its size, especially considering that it has a desktop GPU in it.

TAH-DAH! You would not have missed the behemoth in our stand – a Thermaltake P5 case in which we had put our GTX 1080 Ti AMP Extreme into.

We had also sponsored eSports team “MnM Gaming” for playing in an Overwatch Tournament, where they came 2nd! Congrats team!

SoCal Regionals 2017
Are you ready for the fight? We sure did in Southern California Regionals (SCR), where worldwide players came together to showcase their skills and to prove who really was the king in fighting games!

One of the best things on event, as always, was to see all our attendees enjoy a smooth playing in various titles, like Street Fighter V and Tekken 7 on the #1 MAGNUS Gaming Mini PCs including MAGNUS EN1080K and EN1060K.

With an amazing partnership with ROCCAT and Mushkin, we pushed the limit of the performance of our latest ZBOX MAGNUS Gaming series to ensure the best gaming experience.

ZOTAC CUP

September was a truly epic month for the 2017 ZOTAC CUP. We saw exhilarating finals early on with DOTA2 SEA and Overwatch SA to start it off, and finished with the League of Legends NA finals! Over the course of the month we were also able to see the League of Legends NA qualifiers leading up to the finals, and three of the four Hearthstone EU qualifiers. Make sure not to miss the Hearthstone EU finals come October, as the competition was looking fierce in September! This was also the first month with a new game added to the list of competitions! StarCraft: Remastered took ZOTAC CUP by storm in September with two breakout tournaments for the Americas and EU regions!

With the last qualifier for Overwatch SA starting off the month of September, we got to see our final two entrants into the streamed finals. KARMA was once again able to secure a swift victory, with Backstabbed and Uprising trailing close behind.

Youngminds were not able to make it to the 3rd place spot as Pandora Esports claimed it over them after showing some destructive plays.

The second qualifier showed Mischief Esports B coming back with avengeance, they fought for improvement and placed 2nd, just behind Clay Sculptures. Mischief Esports, another team from the same organization, placed right behind their counterpart at 3rd.

In the 3rd qualifier, Wind and Rain NA came back strong to take 3rd place. Dawn eSports and DreamerZ Esports had the final match, with DreamerZ Esports taking it in the end. In the final qualifier, DreamerZ Esports proved that the previous qualifier was not a fluke and placed 1st again over NoahToast! KU ESC was close behind, closing in at 3rd place.

In Europe this month, Hearthstone took the country by storm with its first three qualifiers. Surprisingly, we saw Hunter as the most picked class in one of the qualifiers over Druid! This could mean that Jade Druid is declining from its firmly held throne of best class. Darkology took the first qualifier over MizarHaCaldo, with Silverred following close behind.

In the next qualifier, wojekxd fought off his loss by taking a win against Nighterx. SkyFrosty secured his spot in 3rd place and in the money. In the final qualifier of September for Hearthstone EU, we saw something similar to the previous week. Jekpack took first right over SkyFrosty.
