Console players are finally getting Luxury – the biggest DLC in the House Flipper family.
Over the past months, the Frozen District development team has been working hard to ensure that even more players can enjoy the best possible House Flipper gaming experience.
House Flipper: Luxury DLC was initially supposed to be a minor content expansion, but the devs went overboard with it, and after months of development, it now is House Flipper’s biggest DLC!
It packs a ton of new mechanics, hundreds of items, and over ten new houses to flip! Not to mention it’s available NOW on Xbox and PlayStation platforms!
The DLC will cost 19.99 USD/EUR and will launch on November 25th at 5:00 p.m. CET, 8:00 a.m. PST, 11:00 a.m. EST, 4:00 p.m. GMT.
Developers have also prepared special launch discounts:
● PlayStation Store – House Flipper (base game) 40% off between November 28th and December 21st
●PlayStation Store – Garden Bundle (House Flipper + Garden DLC) 30% off between November 28th and December 21st.

Luxury DLC introduces several new mechanics, a brand new region map, unique jobs, new item sets, and much, much more.
No more small houses with dozens of little rooms – size is what really counts! Glass roofs, plate glass windows for walls, and a ceiling many feet above your head – this is how kings live!
Take run-down tenement houses and old industrial buildings – factories, large commercial buildings, and warehouses – and turn them into luxury apartments.
With the Luxury Flipper game expansion, developers are delivering dozens of new furniture types: classic contemporary, antique and modern. The multitude of varieties of colors and modular sets will allow you to modify any room to fit your vision of the perfect home.
Utilizing classic furniture doesn’t mean giving up comfort! With smart devices, you can control your entire house! Change the colors of the lights, close and open the doors – all that without even getting up from the couch.
