This game will drive you bananas with its gameplay. It can be great nostalgia for those who have followed and played the whole series.
The latest launch from the Super Monkey Ball series was developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and publisher SEGA. They celebrated 20 years of Super Monkey Ball with its latest edition. IN Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania, you play as a cute and small monkey trapped in a ball. You can roll around by pushing harder and increasing your acceleration.
This game is a remake of all the mini-games and concepts of the previous three Super Monkey Ball series. Even if you are a beginner, the controls are easy to learn but challenging to master. This game is a collection of everything good and is fun and irresistible.
There are a lot of exciting elements in the game and twists which are challenging. The world you are in can tilt and shake violently, and since you don’t have your feet on the ground, you have no control of where it takes you. Your mission is to grab bananas on the way, and you cannot gather all of them, obviously because you are in a ball and cannot do everything you want to. You have to tilt and control the maps so that the monkey can get there quickly. There are 300 levels and can feel repetitive, but huge hurdles and calamities will make all the levels very challenging. You can skip them as well.
There are a bunch of mini-games in which you can fight, play soccer or golf etc., which are refreshing and cool. The levels can get demanding, and you will need to restart your levels; if you get stuck, you can ask for help. You can even get costumes and customize your monkey.
The narrative is not there. You are just running after a scientist who wants to destroy the jungle island. You can play it solo or even in a group. Your mission is to take down Mr Bad Boon, the crazy scientist. It can get addictive and is very wholesome. There are many things you can unlock and reward access.
