Thanks to the support of 217 backers, independent game developer Corvus Studio reached the goal of $15,464 for an initial goal of $14,900 on Kickstarter to fully fund the production and development of 13:Origin, an adventure puzzle game on Steam. 13:Origin is a web of clues that you must follow and not miss, as in most room escape/puzzle games. As you untie each knotted loop, you will realize how long and endless the thread you hold on to the end is. With the journal you have, you will understand what you were asked and what they want you to learn while learning the story. 13:Origin aims to leave the monotonous habits of “The Room” like puzzle games behind and redesign the escape room genre from scratch. A prologue of 13:Origin is currently available on Steam for free. With this prologue, you will be able to experience the storyline we aim for and some of our different, unique, and satisfying puzzles.
