Lunarch Studios and Behaviour Interactive are excited to announce the development of an offline mode for their game, Islands of Insight. Responding to player feedback and the desire for a more flexible gaming experience, the new offline mode aims to enhance the player experience and allow them to enjoy the game in their own way.
The shared world’s vision was always to bring a fresh experience to the puzzle genre. Islands of Insight is a game that was created to be played by many in an environment that promotes social interactions, community, and streaming — all without disrupting the experience of players who preferred to journey on their own. Developing this new feature isn’t the easiest task, but players can expect the offline mode to be released in the coming months.
In addition to this announcement:
- The Islands of Insight demo is currently available on the game’s Steam page. Players can get a taste of the world, where they can solve and explore in part of the first biome of the game.
- The game will be part of Steam Cerebral Puzzle Showcase, taking over the platform from May 23 (10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET) – May 30 (10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET).
Updates on the progress of offline mode will be provided through Islands of Insight’s Steam announcements and official social media channels on X and TikTok, as well as our official website.
