OpTic launch ticket sales for March 3-6 Call of Duty Major I

March 3-6 Event to be Hosted at Esports Stadium Arlington

OpTic Texas, one of 12 teams competing in the global Call of Duty League, announced the launch of ticket sales for the first major Call of Duty League tournament of the 2022 regular season. OpTic Major I will be played to a live crowd featuring thousands of spectators from March 3-6 at Esports Stadium Arlington. Weekend Reserved passes start at $79 for a limited time.

The event will feature four days of double elimination bracket competition with all 12 professional esports teams traveling to North Texas, culminating in a Sunday championship match. A mix of reserved and general admission seating are available as supplies last. Event attendance is open to ages 17 and up and ages 13-16 with proper guardian accompaniment and/or permission. OpTic Texas is a new team featuring Call of Duty legends Seth “Scump” Abner, Brandon “Dashy” Otell, Anthony “Shotzzy” Cuevas-Castro, and Indervir “iLLeY” Dhaliwal, who teamed up following the merger of OpTic Gaming with Dallas-based esports and entertainment group Envy Gaming. Envy also manages operations at Esports Stadium Arlington.

VIP event packages are also available, with preferred front and center seating, a swag bag and private VIP bar access included. OpTic Major I will feature fan activations by gaming and brand partners, including a major presence by Aim Lab, which is the training program of choice for millions of gaming players from beginners to esports pros. Doors will open at 1 p.m. CT each day with matches scheduled to start at 2 p.m. Masks will be required for all fans in attendance.
