During the Steam Next Fest: June 2023 Edition, the new demo of Demolish & Build 3 is going to be released, showcasing a physics-based simulation game of owning a construction and demolition company. The game stands out with its advanced destruction system and extensive management options. The full PC release is planned for the first quarter of 2024. Later on, Demolish & Build 3 will also be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch consoles.
Demolish Games S.A., a Polish company belonging to the Ultimate Games group, is the producer and publisher of the simulator.
Demolish & Build 3 is a simulation game based on realistic principles of owning a construction and demolition company. The title focuses on performing demolition and construction work on various objects, as well as managing and developing the company.
Players will have access to a wide range of tools and vehicles with diverse purposes. Sometimes the best choice will be a traditional hammer or a regular excavator, but in certain situations, the use of a giant crane may be necessary. Managing aspects, such as purchasing new equipment and hiring employees, will also be an important part of the gameplay.

Each fragment consists of specific materials with parameters that determine their resistance to different types of damage. As part of the June edition of the Steam Next 2023 Festival, taking place from June 19 to June 26, a new demo of Demolish & Build 3 is going to be released. Players will be able to complete a full single assignment, which takes an average of 45 minutes. The demo features new mechanics and an improved destruction system.
