Trinity Team, the developers behind the $500K+ crowdfunded series ‘Slaps And Beans’, are delighted to announce the full release of The Darkest Tales, their action-adventure 2D platformer, on Steam and Epic Game Store for 19,99 and Nintendo Switch plus Xbox One & Series X|S for 24.99,today!
In The Darkest Tales, players will join Teddy, an angry antiquated bear, and Lighty, an energetic glowing orb fairy, as they travel through distorted fairy-tales planes in an attempt to rescue Alicia, Teddy’s former owner, from nightmare-inducing enemies in this too-close-for-comfort tale.
Take on the horrors of an evil and warped world, explore elegant yet hostile terrains, and confront once friendly childhood tale characters turned corrupt: a flesh-eating Little Red Riding Hood and the pernicious Pinocchio, least forgetting a grueling climb on the towering Beanstalk. Survive where all others failed in the rescue of Teddy’s old owner Alicia.
Will Teddy and Lighty take hold of Alicia’s frantic fantasies, or will Teddy become unstuffed and Lighty’s spark vanish as you turn the page Into The Nightmare?
