NetEase Games’ self-developed post-apocalyptic MMORPG Ashfall has begun its closed beta test in North America from August 3rd to August 19th on PC, Android and IOS. Players could experience the game’s single-player story content, multiplayer instances, single-player Secret Realm maps, guild Secret Realm and a PVP map during the test. Ashfall is a post-apocalyptic MMORPG themed in Wasteland genre. As a third-person shooter game, players on both PC and mobile are able to join their friends on adventures in the wasteland, with crossplay allowing them to play at home or on the go.
In the world of Ashfall, humanity has been devastated by a nuclear war launched by rogue AI forces. As one of the few survivors, you must venture out of the safety of your Vault to find the Core of Creation – the key to saving what remains of the world. With its unique post-apocalyptic setting, engaging storyline, and dynamic gameplay, Ashfall promises to be an unforgettable gaming experience that will keep players coming back for more.
During the Closed Beta, players can experience the single-player story content up to level 40, as well as the 4 multiplayer instances, 4 single-player Secret Realm maps, 1 guild Secret Realm, and 1 PVP map. Players can activate the talent combination they want in the talent system, craft, match, and enhance their equipment in town, shape their unique combat style by drawing, equipping, and overclocking chips, and recruit companions to fight alongside them during their adventures.
