Prepare to wield the power of Inari, the Japanese God of Rice and Prosperity, and discover brand new gameplay mechanics, cards, powers, units, and bosses in the next major content update for survival city-builder These Doomed Isles, available to download from April 4th on Steam.
Build a new world inspired by Japan’s late Sengoku period and lead your followers with over 70 powerful new cards. Construct brand new buildings to shape your city, including Castles, Dojos, Tranquil Gardens and Theatres, and devise your defensive strategy with formidable new military units, including Yari Ashigaru and Samurai warriors.
Lead your followers to battle against new enemy invaders, including the mischievous Tanuki and Tengu, and three mighty new bosses: Shuten-dōji, Kuchisake-onna, and Haradashi. Harvest rice, a new resource that can be used to play cards, convert to food or export for gold. Experiment with new fighting tactics and harness new abilities to unleash powerful attacks on your enemies, including a devastating Plague, the bone-chilling Shatter ability and more.
The Inari Update will be available as a free content update to all These Doomed Isles players when it launches on April 4th.
