Ironsworn: Delve – Sundered Isles (Starforged RPG Expansion): On Kickstarter!
Sundered Isles, a world of adventure for the Ironsworn: Starforged tabletop roleplaying game, is now live on Kickstarter! This expansion includes new gameplay and character options, inspiring worldbuilding exercises, and a vast array of tools and random generators for a fantasy Age of Sail setting.
Sundered Isles includes:
- Setting info for a world of wooden ships and iron souls
- Guidelines for nautical adventures using the Starforged system, including ship and crew management, naval battles, seafaring navigation, wealth and treasure, character downtime scenes, and more.
- Extensive world-building tools for launching your seafaring campaign, including forging the truths of your world, building a backdrop of clashing factions, creating your character and ship, and more.
- Massive collection of system-agnostic generators and random tables, including seafaring events and encounters, weather, island landscapes, details for overland expeditions, people, shipwrecks, settlements, ruins, caves, treasures, and much more.
- More than 55 new character assets, including the SORCERER, PIRATE CAPTAIN, SCHOLAR, SPY, CONSTRUCT, SWASHBUCKLER, and much more.
Sundered Isles can be used for a variety of seafaring campaigns, including gritty historical, swashbuckling fantasy, rebellion and piracy, or supernatural nautical horror. You can also use It as a toolkit of new options and character assets for your Starforged sci-fi campaign. Or mix and match Sundered Isles with Starforged for Treasure Planet-inspired swashbuckling among the stars!
The Kickstarter campaign will fund the 250-page lay-flat wirebound Sundered Isles Guidebook and a printed deck of asset cards. For those who missed out on the first print run, we also have the Starforged Deluxe Edition rulebook, Wirebound Reference Guide, and Printed Asset Deck available as rewards. Sundered Isles is nearly complete. It is designed, tested, written, laid out, and adorned with inspiring art. The Digital Edition (free with all pledges) will be delivered to backers two weeks after the campaign ends, and production of the physical books and cards will follow shortly after.
