- Malaysia’s top eight Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) teams will compete in the final stage of the MLBB Professional League Malaysia (MPL MY) at Dewan Sri Putra at Bukit Jalil from 5 to 8 October.
- The winners will earn the right to represent Malaysia at the M5 World Championship 2023 and carry out the MI5I Malaysia mission of bringing #pantangmengalah spirit to the global arena.
- Fans can experience a host of MPL MY activities on-site, including live performances from rappers Saixse and Kidd Santhe, guest appearances by Malaysia’s legends, Safee Sali and Lego Sam, player meet-and-greets, cosplays, and a mini 3V3 futsal competition, alongside plenty of prizes!
The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Malaysia (MPL MY) has unveiled its full schedule and brackets for the Season 12 Playoffs. Malaysia’s top eight Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) teams will square off at Dewan Sri Putra, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur from 5 to 8 October. At stake are the lion’s share of the US$100,000 prize pool and the right to carry out the MI5I Malaysia mission of bringing the #pantangmengalah spirit to the global arena at the M5 World Championship 2023 (MPL MY champion) and M5 Wild Card MPL MY (1st runner-up).
Fans will be able to enjoy the on-site MPL MY S12 experience for free simply by walking in, with entry on a first-come-first-served basis. MPL MY has arranged for community buses to ferry fans to and from various states Kelantan, Terengganu, and Kedah (Day 3) and Johor, Penang, and Pahang (Day 4). Seats are available on a limited basis; more details will be released on the MLBB Community Hero Facebook page.
All games will be streamed live on the MPL Malaysia Facebook page and the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang YouTube and TikTok channels with commentary in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Malaysia’s top eight MLBB teams have been seeded in the Playoffs based on their final standings from the Regular Season.
The full list of teams is (in order of the Season 12 Regular Season rankings):

- Team Lunatix
The Playoffs will feature a hybrid elimination bracket, where the first two rounds – the Play-Ins – will follow a single elimination format, while the rest of the rounds will follow a double elimination format. All of the matches will be played in a Best-of-Three (BO3) format, except for the Lower Bracket Semi Finals, Upper Bracket Finals, and Lower Bracket Finals – which will have a Best-of-Five (BO5) format – and the Grand Finals – which will have a Best-of-Seven (BO7) format.
Team HAQ (Regular Season 5th place) and MPX NSEA (Regular Season 7th place) will begin the Playoffs with the first Play-Ins match at 12:30pm on Thursday, 5 October. This will be followed by the second Play-Ins match between TODAK (Regular Season 6th place) and Team Lunatix (Regular Season 8th place) at 3pm. The victors of Play-Ins Match 1 and Match 2 will face off in the Upper Bracket Quarter Finals against HomeBois (Regular Season 3rd place) and Selangor Red Giants (Regular Season 4th place) respectively, where they will vye for the right to challenge RSG MY (Regular Season 1st place) and Team SMG (Regular Season 2nd place) in the Upper Bracket Semi Finals.
A Super-Sized Offline Experience
Fans can experience a host of super-sized activities on-site, including game stations; player meet-and-greets; cosplays; and even a mini 3V3 futsal competition – the MLBB Kaki Bola 3V3. The Grand Finals will also feature live performances from rappers, Saixse and Kidd Santhe, as well as guest appearances by two Malaysia’s legends – Safee Sali, one of Malaysia’s greatest footballers of all time, and Lego Sam, one of the nation’s most-decorated dancesport athletes. There will be plenty of prizes up for grabs throughout the Playoffs, ranging from Diamonds and other in-game items, MLBB merchandise, and gift hampers.
