A full weekend of demos, announcements, sales, and more in store for attendees
| PM Studios and their developers are headed to PAX West to offer a brand new look at a few games we are cooking up featuring Evolutis: Duality, the cosmic lovechild of Blade Runner and Dragon’s Lair. The team will be on hand to showcase an all-new demo for Evolutis: Duality that offers a look at the action found in the anime-styled adventure title coming to PC & PlayStation 5 in 2023. Attendees are invited to stop by and try out Evolutis: Duality at any one of PM Studios’ three demo kiosks during the convention. PM Studios will be located at booths #425 & #525 and developers of My Time at Sandrock, Exophobia, and [REDACTED] will be available for any questions, interviews, or general head nods. |
| In addition to Evolutis: Duality, PM Studios is bringing just about a dozen games to PAX West this week. Each booth is packed with demos and even physical editions of some of some critically acclaimed titles. Here’s a partial look at the list of titles on hand during PAX: Hoa – In addition to the gorgeous Hoa demo, attendees can purchase a PAX West special holo-cover Nintendo Switch physical event exclusive game. Each of the 500 copies of this limited edition run of Hoa is individually numbered and only available during PAX West. Grab a copy of Hoa and get yourself a sunflower seed pack for free. How fitting.  My Time at Sandrock – My Time at Sandrock builds on the roots established by My Time at Portia with an epic adventure featuring a smorgasbord of features sure to please any gamer. Whether someone entirely new to the series or an experienced veteran, there is something to love for everyone. Krimson – A challenging gritty rhythm platformer featuring heavy electronic metal music. You’re an unknown spawn going through a hellish world as it moves rhythmically to the music. Exophobia – In the brutally old-school pixel FPS Exophobia, players find themselves on an abandoned spaceship filled to the brim with unforgiving hordes of aliens. It’s a fight to the finish in this retro-inspired fast-paced shooter that comes complete with secret areas to discover and weapons to upgrade UNANNOUNCED GAME – [REDACTED] No longer human – No longer human is a high-energy cybergoth action fvck-em-up with expressive, freeform combat that encourages aggressive, stylish play. Set in the near future, brain-computer interfaces have become as commonplace as mobile phones, allowing users to submerge themselves entirely into the metaverse and abandon the physical world altogether. You assume the role of Tsunono, the once world famous vocaloid idol turned cyberdemon, on her destructive path to total world domination. Evolutis: Duality – Follow Damon Watts, a grieving husband in search of the whereabouts of his supposedly deceased pregnant wife. Erick Warren, a drug addict seeking vengeance against those he believes to be involved in the murder of his cousin. Then finally, Chelsea Williams, a famous but lonely wrestler doing everything she can to keep her non-biological father alive. Goodbye World – GOODBYE WORLD is a narrative adventure game. Play through 12 stages of a puzzle platformer while following the two protagonists through 13 chapters of their story. BLOCKS is played by the main character, Kanii. In fact, it has a deep relationship with the story of GOODBYE WORLD. As the main story progresses, the secrets of “BLOCKS” is revealed Crystal Story: Dawn of Dusk – Crystal Story: Dawn of Dusk is an Action-RPG that blends charming retro-style graphics with fast-paced action, heavily inspired by 16-bit classics! Players will take the role of Mina, a young adventurer from the Dawnside, who travels to a strange and shattered world called the Duskside, to save her brother who has been kidnapped by the forces of a great demon named Termina. Alchemic Cutie – Alchemic Cutie is a wholesome relaxing RPG set on colorful Wimba Island. While taming wild jellies, you’ll meet villagers, enter jelly competitions and uncover the secrets of the island. Enjoy an engaging Jelly raising system, where each Jelly has uniquely generated stats, traits and over 4000 visual styles. You will be able to tame, breed, and raise the perfect jelly companion and take it with you on adventures. Squish – A spoopy, squishy, and fast-paced party game where you and up to three gooey friends rave it up in an underground crypt as it collapses down on you. You must push blocks, dodge, and jump to survive the rave and squish your opponents. Last Skelegoo standing takes it all! |
