PREVIEW : Gravity Chase (XBOX Series X)
The Gravity Chase racing competition is held on tunnel tracks for super-fast 360-degree Zero-G racing.
To progress through the race series, skill and precision piloting are required and strategic use of pickups, powerups, and weapons. Repixel8, One development team behind Formula Retro Racing and Velocity G, has announced details of another racing game released in January 2022.
Gravity Chase is a futuristic racing game with echoes from the classic PlayStation wipeout series, with anti-gravity vehicle combat, 3 game modes and 16 tracks. Also inspired a bit from Nintendo’s F-Zero series, the Gravity Chase features a 4-player local split-screen multiplayer mode, an eliminator race comparable to FZero’s classic death race, and a pipe and tunnel style that speeds up the race. It also has a track type. At the same time, as hectic, he has a phobia of closing.
Repixel includes director Andrew Jeffreys; Gravity Chase will be the third retro-style racing title in recent history, following Formula Retro Racing in 2020 and Velocity G in 2019. All titles so far have focused on speed and intuition control, Formula Retro Racing.

An anti-gravity race twists along the floor, walls and ceiling to get the best racing line. There are 10 unique ships with customizable colors and powerups and 16 unique routes with multiple themes. This is a 4-person split-screen promotion that allows you to upgrade, repair, and arm your ship with Inrace pickups. There are three exciting race types: arcade, combat and eliminator. Win races, earn cash, customize and upgrade your ship with in-game currency.
