ABOUT THIS GAME
I love me, I don’t love me is a peaceful casual game that focuses on teaching players beneficial mental-health behaviours.
You’ll take on the role of a sunflower who has become physically and mentally exhausted, losing their petals – a part of themselves – as a result. Around this beautiful flower field, you’ll wander, explore, and meet new friends, each teaching you a healthy habit and helping you grow yourself back together!
Each character serves a distinct function for the player:
Sol, the Sun, enables the user to express their emotions.
Naveen, the Frog, teaches the player how to keep a journal.
Neptune, the Teardrop – teaches the player how to cultivate self-love.
Atlas, the Tortoise, instructs the player on how to meditate.
Aphrodite, the Heart – assists the player in dealing with heartbreak.
Jupiter, the Dog, instructs the player on a new skill.
This game is really relaxing and will leave you feeling nice when you finish it. It is also educational in that it teaches healthy ways to deal with mental health issues. I can see myself returning to this game on terrible mental health days as a helpful reminder that I can get through it by applying the recommendations provided by the game. This is a fantastic game with a fantastic goal. This game is for anyone suffering from a mental disease. This game was fantastic. I have nothing but positive things to say about this game!
It’s only a few minutes long, yet it leaves you feeling content and delighted. Your mission is to travel the world, learn about mental health issues, and assist the small flower in regaining its eight petals. It offers accomplishments, so for achievement hunters like myself, it’s good to get all of them!
