The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process is quite horrendous. Dell provides prepaid shipping labels and will ship a replacement immediately. However, it took 2-3 weeks to get my replacement. There are some technical issues with the AW3225QF. When using HDMI 2.1 and having G-Sync enabled, the bottom third of the monitor flickers and tears. There are also issues with Dolby Vision and the eARC port doesn’t properly work.
