REVIEW : Space Crew (XBOX Series X)

So this game starts with you being in the year 2159; you will be given your team, aka SPACE CREW. You need to protect your planet from the aliens called Phasmids. It is a successor to the Bomber Crew strategic simulation game. You can command a cruiser and your crew consisting of six people to protect Earth. The villains in this game are kind of cute.

This game needs you to strategize your moves and requires you to manage your crew optimally. You are in charge of the UNITED DEFENCE FORCE. You have engineers, captains, navigators, security, and gunners in your team. There is no exact storyline, and it is very raw. You are assigned tasks, and you have to do them and fight against the Phasmids.

REVIEW : Space Crew (XBOX Series X)

Initially, these tasks would feel like a lot, but you will learn as you complete them, and then it can get pretty simple and boring. With each completed job, you earn points that you can use to upgrade the ship or some crew updates. Permadeath exists in Space crew, so you need to use your points wisely and upgrade as much as possible. You would not want to lose on characters after coming so far.

This game is rewarding, and the higher risks you take, the bigger the rewards get. ABORT is a feature that can save you from missions you think will fail. You will mostly dwindle among spacecraft and instructions as there will be many things as you level up.

REVIEW : Space Crew (XBOX Series X)

You will strategize every aspect of the game, including shields, weapons. Engines and gravity. The enemies constantly attack you, and you need to focus on the tasks and defend your cruiser against them. It would help if you assigned duties to what needs the most attention.

The control is different than usual and can be a little confusing. They are not complex, but you will need time to get a hold of them. The graphics are nicely done. It puts you on an exciting journey and will keep you engaged. The enemies come with many problems, and various natural hazards will come in the way. There is no stopping in the game; it slows down every once, though.

REVIEW : Space Crew (XBOX Series X)

The characters are cute and tiny and give a cartoonish feel. The design is fantastic and gives a Battlestar Galactica feel. There are some adorable animations and features throughout the game. There are many customizations available both for the spacecraft and the crew. Athena is the satellite orbiting Earth and providing information.
