Dark and not too far off. Microbe colonies are being used in various facets of life as a source of electricity thanks to scientific advancement. Companies that oversee the creation and growth of these living batteries have grown to be major political forces in the world. Under their rule, crime, inequality, and corruption rose to previously unfathomable heights. Governments reformed their police forces and equipped them with top-notch military hardware to bring this mayhem under control.

REVIEW : Titanium Hound (PC)

Modern manned complex Titanium Hound was created to handle extremely challenging situations in confined spaces.

The power-generating bacteria were created using teleportation technology. Only inorganic objects retain their original form after teleportation; organic materials, regardless of size, behave entirely differently. The first living batteries were created by teleportation, but any further teleportation of biological materials was outlawed due to concerns over unforeseen mutations. Regrettably, the law was unable to stop the misuse of this technology.

The abominations, often known as zombies, are created when enormous organic entities are pulled via a teleportation mechanism.

Joining a group with enough power, at least locally, is the only way to live in this cruel world. This could be a business, an authority figure, or a gang. But in either case, you and the people you support won’t be able to rely just on weapons and physical strength. Every organised group uses a variety of technology and the internet to attack and defend against rivals. When it’s too unsafe to conduct business in person, drones of all shapes, sizes, and attire frequently come into play.

REVIEW : Titanium Hound (PC)

Lethal equipment of all kinds is used by people who are more knowledgeable about cyber security procedures and have access to more resources.

You are a pilot for the Titanium Hound and a type of law enforcement who seeks to defend and assist, assisting commoners who were unfortunate enough to become involved in gang conflicts. You are just beginning to scratch the surface of the issue without having a complete idea of its scope—abominations, compromised drones, and maniacal gangsters are only the tip of the iceberg. Even if you are better equipped than any ordinary police force, you nevertheless frequently have no choice but to follow business regulations.

REVIEW : Titanium Hound (PC)

A 2D platformer called Titanium Hound is set in a bleak cyberpunk future. You are controlling an exoskeleton that is both a highly developed piece of hardware and has the strength and agility to take down hordes of foes. In this review, I’ll be up forward and say that the UI, music, and art are all amazing. I could spend all day just staring at the game’s gorgeous, chunky pixel art and bopping my head to the music. The game’s mechanics are the main problem and its real downfall. (Watch my video for an in-depth explanation.)

REVIEW : Titanium Hound (PC)

You can only use so much energy while jumping, firing, and protecting. If you fire too many shots, you’ll run out of shooting energy and have to use your shield to replenish it. The same is true if you protect too much; you will run out of energy and need to shoot to refuel. This kind of mechanic will undoubtedly be loved by many gamers, but it was not for me. In my opinion, this genre lends itself best to run-and-gun tactics rather than having to meticulously think out my assaults, defences, and jumps.

review-titanium-hound-pcEven though this game is outside of my comfort zone, I still strongly suggest it. This stunning independent game has everything going for it, and I believe the pricing is appropriate given the quantity of content it has. If it goes on sale, buy it immediately or add it to your wishlist for later consideration.
