THE FERRARI MOBILE ESPORTS SERIES STARTS ITS ENGINES: FROM THIS YEAR IT’S POSSIBLE TO RACE FROM MOBILE TOO, THANKS TO REAL RACING 3.

After the first two spectacular races of the Ferrari-branded championship ‘Ferrari Esports Series 2021’, fans of “Rosse di Maranello”’s will also get the chance to experience the Ferrari legend digitally too.

October is an exciting month for motorsports, especially the ‘Ferrari Mobile Esports Series‘ with dedicated content running throughout the season. The championship is dedicated to mobile gaming enthusiasts and will be raced on ‘Real Racing 3‘. A racing game published by Electronic Arts for iOS, Android, Nvidia Shield, and BlackBerry 10 mobile devices. ‘Real Racing 3’ has also landed on new platforms such as Apple TV 4th and 5th generations and Android TV.

The beginning of the tournament is scheduled for October 16 with a Limited Time Competition (LTC), that will allow you to test the car (Ferrari 488 GT3) on the Monza track and upgrade it while matching the real Time Trial Competition (TTC) that will start from October 23 to November 11. The first winner of the Ferrari Mobile Esports Series will then be announced through a live show scheduled for December 7 on the Ferrari Esports Twitch channel.

Prizes for those who manage to top the podium are spectacular, with the winner gaining a guest pass for the fantastic Ferrari VIP Experience during a 2022 Ferrari Challenge stage. This first-place prize will also allow the winner to experience the Ferrari ambient in person, as well as receiving an original Ferrari T-Shirt autographed by Charles Leclerc! The second-placed virtual driver will win a special BBR Model Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo plus the official Ferrari backpack and the beautiful Ferrari watch Pilota Evo Limited Edition, while third place will result in the prize of a series of official products from the Ferrari Store Collection as a prize, both available for male and female.

The official Ferrari Driver Academy social media channels will closely follow the evolution of the new Mobile championship and host a new web series dedicated to sim-racing including the Esports Web Series that follows the success of the Ferrari 101. The first episode named the Blindfold Challenge saw Scuderia Ferrari Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz engage in a rather particular challenge: driving a Ferrari blindfolded in a simulator, trying to win the race trusting only the advice provided by the FDA drivers!
