The Binding of Isaac Prequel on Consoles for the First Time
Nicalis, Inc. officially announces that The Legend of Bum-bo is now available as a digital download on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
The Legend of Bum-bo artfully combines elements of the puzzle, deckbuilding and roguelike game genres into a unique turn-based tile-matching combat game. It’s also the prequel to The Binding of Isaac series, with many thematic and contextual connections to the latter game’s familiar story and memorable characters.
The console versions of The Legend of Bum-bo include many quality-of-life updates in comparison to the PC version, which was previously released on GOG.com and at the Epic Games Store. They feature full controller support, allowing cleaner and more immediate interaction versus the PC version’s mouse-and-cursor controls. The Nintendo Switch version also supports touch screen control.
The Legend of Bum-bo is available digitally on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S for $19.99.
