Snowprint Studios has turned the Eye of Terror on the galaxy with the Black Legion in Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus. Led by Abaddon the Despoiler, the Black Legion represents classic Space Marines who took the path of Chaos to forge their place in the galaxy. Not only do they wield the deadly weapons of the Space Marines, they can unleash daemons, call upon the Chaos powers, and bring destruction into every battle.
Abaddon was the right hand of Horus during the Horus Heresy in which his Warmaster turned away from the Imperium and began a huge civil war among the human worlds across the galaxy. This single act fueled by the forces of Chaos had changed the course of ten thousand years of conflict.
