NACON and RaceWard Studio have announced that the AMA World’s Fastest Motorcycle Gamer Challenge by Init Esports will launch in hyper realistic motorbike simulation RiMS Racing on January 29 at 8:00AM PT. Get verified, receive an AMA digital license, register, and clock the fastest combined lap time across two tracks, two legendary roads, and two phases to become the first-ever AMA Esports Champion and spend two days with a U.S. Superbike Team. Compete for a chance to become a real-life superbike rider while winning a series of prizes in the most authentic virtual motorbike experience ever conceived. In RiMS Racing, fans can ride the world’s most powerful motorbikes from renowned manufacturers Ducati, BMW, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha and more on official circuits from around the globe. Riders can examine their performance and fine tune their vehicle according to their preferred style. In career mode, they can manage their calendars, study R&D areas, and upgrade skills to improve their team’s performance. RiMS completely immerses players in the world of motorbike racing and offers an unprecedented level of realism and customization.
To win the AMA World’s Fastest Motorcycle Gamer Challenge by Init Esports, riders shall score their lap times at least once across a selection of tracks. The combined overall fastest time from the tracks will determine the winner of the challenge. Each session is three laps, but only the best lap of the three will be recorded in the system. In Phase 1, set from January 29 to April 9, riders will compete in four tracks: Laguna Seca, Silverstone, Million-Dollar Highway, and Great Victoria Desert Road. In Phase 2, set from April 10 to May 21, riders will compete in three of the aforementioned tracks to get more time to drop their lap times. There will be set motorcycle and weather conditions per round. The competition is free to enter, but players need to purchase a yearly digital license to participate and receive perks.
