Card-Based Tower Defense Roguelike Guardians of Holme Will Officially Release its 1.0 version on Steam this 14th December

MossTech Studio, in collaboration with the publisher indienova, is excited to announce that the Tower Defense game Guardians of Holme will launch its 1.0 version this December 14th, with the brand new character Horus and many new content. The game will keep its Early Access base price of 12.99 EUR | USD and launch with a 20% discount during the first week. 

Guardians of Holme is a tower defense game with deckbuilding and roguelite elements. Players must use the terrain to their advantage and formulate defensive tactics by strategically placing powerful traps to repel endless waves of enemies. As the game progresses, players can acquire new trap cards, relics, and upgrade existing cards, enhancing their deck and enabling them to face more formidable enemies.
Throughout the entire Early Access phase, the development team at MossTech Studio has received valuable feedback from many players. While ensuring a weekly update with new content, they have also addressed bugs in the game and made adjustments to various details related to UI, controls, graphics, and more. Detailed information can be found in the update logs on Steam from previous releases. In this official 1.0 update, they are introducing a new character and more exciting content!

 New Character

Horus is making his debut as the third hero in Guardians of Holme! As a companion to Seth, a high-ranking commander in the kingdom, he possesses a powerful deck focused on military units. Horus can summon mighty Valkyries and berserkers, utilizing the power of alchemy to decisively crush enemies.  

New Cards, Skills, and Relics

The official version will include new cards such as Shield Guard’s Mark, Berserker’s Mark, and Cannon Trap, bringing more variety to battles. The combination of new skills and relics with different characters will offer a completely fresh gaming experience.   Balancing Adjustments
Based on player feedback during the EA phase, we have made numerous adjustments to the damage and effects of traps, relics, and skills. We have strengthened some traps that received low usage according to general feedback, allowing players to explore more build paths. Simultaneously, we have comprehensively optimized the map design of some levels, making the game more enjoyable and challenging.
