Japanese-style rock and rave themed music by DJ SHARPNEL feat. Natsu Aikawa
ImagineVR Inc., a Los Angeles-based VR game publisher, has released videos introducing the theme song of its new VR game Forbidden Ninja Scroll: Kunoichi Training and voice recording scenes featuring ASMR recorded for this upcoming title.
The theme song is developed from a collaboration between world-renowned VRDJ DJ SHARPNEL and Miss Akiba 2019 Natsu Aikawa and features heavy influences from both Japanese rock and rave music.

In addition, a video introducing the recording studio and ASMR recording equipment was also released.
In the voice recording video, Japanese voice actresses Luke Momochi, Iroha Haruyama, and Mai Hanamori play the unique kunoichi heroines.

Forbidden Ninja Scroll is currently running a Patreon campaign. Within it, prototype demos for both VR and desktop-only are available for free downloaded.

Forbidden Ninja Scroll: Kunoichi Training is a Kunoichi (Female Ninja) adventure and haptic simulation game. Users play as Hachiro – the son of the leader of the Iizuna school of Ninja, and candidate to become the next master. In the story, Hachiro meets Kunoichi deep in the mountains, where he undergoes trials to become the Tengu – the head of the Kunoichi harem.
The game will have two parts:
- Story-driven adventure
- Simulation-based ‘mini-games’ where a player will interact with Kunoichi in VR.

The game is co-developed by ImagineVR and Portalgraph (a new studio formed by members of VRJCC) who created “Let’s Play with Nanai!“, an interactive haptic VR girlfriend simulator which has received a lot of attention in both Japan and overseas at conventions such as Anime Expo.
