Community feedback integral to new and reworked features
Neowiz, an innovative publisher and developer of fan-favorite video games, is pleased to announce that a new update is now available for BraveNine Story. Thanks to community feedback and communication with the developers, BraveNine Story players will find a host of big changes in their favorite game. New items have been added, features have been reworked for a better gameplay experience, and new functionality has been added for smoother, more cohesive gaming sessions.
While the full update notes offer greater detail about all of the changes now live in BraveNine Story, a few significant changes are worth mentioning:
- New items and item grades have been added.
- Yellow-grade and acquisition paths have been added, and higher combinations are now available.

- Normal mode will be shown first when entering the Adventure Book
- Story mode opens in relation to the progress of Normal mode
- Ink is no longer consumed in Story mode
- Substories have been retooled
- Substories now play out in a series of continuous stages
- Substories have been altered to increase slime, and gold rewards have been increased to meet supply and demand
- Daily missions have been changed
- New daily missions are added to complement the mercenary army’s EXP
- Daily missions that were difficult to achieve have been reorganized
- Free ink is now available in the gold shop along with new ink products
- Quality of life changes based on player feedback and developer reflection

- Added a function to skip a battle when playing a story battle that was previously completed
- Mercenary sorting is now available
