Esports legends face off for $25K Call of Duty tournament including Scump, Crimsix, Clayster, Aches, Karma, Arcitys, and more

Tickets available for $49 to two-day festival including public $25K Super Smash Bros. competition and $25K Call of Duty tournament

Hundreds of fans and esports biggest stars are heading to Esports Stadium Arlington for a weekend-long festival featuring showmatches, prize pools, and celebrity meet-ups on October 15-16. The event, which offers a $25,000 Super Smash Bros. tournament open to the public, is produced by North Texas-based esports and entertainment company, OpTic Gaming, and popular content creator trio TST (Davis “Hitch” Edwards, Blake Cissel and Jorge Estrada). Proceeds from “The Off-Season Charity Event” will be donated to Movember in support of charities focused on men’s mental health and suicide prevention.

Tickets starting at $49 are available: The Off-Season presented by TST in support of Movember. Ages 13+ are permitted to attend. Minors may require a parent/guardian accompaniment and/or a signed minor attendance form.

Festival sponsors include Jack Link’s and Pringles.

Fans in attendance will have the opportunity to meet-and-greet with their favorite content creators and esports players including OpTic players and creators Scump, Rambo, MBoZe, Karma, and BigTymerR, as well as a who’s-who of esports celebrities including Crimsix, Clayster, Arcitys, ACHES, Envoy, Methodz, Merk, and more.

“I’m really excited about the auctions, the lineup of creators, the tournaments, and our entire production for Off-Season. Putting on a retro-themed charity event to raise money and awareness for suicide prevention and men’s health is something we can all get behind,” said TST creator and OpTic Gaming creative director Davis “Hitch” Edwards.”

There will also be live auctions, exclusive merchandise for sale, prizes and giveaways, and a $25,000 prize pool for a Super Smash Bros. Melee Open Bracket. Limited entries in the public tournament are available, fans are encouraged to sign up soon to enter.
