Pre-season to Kick Off on February 5th, Marking a New Era in Virtual Reality Competitive Gaming
Thirdverse, Inc., the leading development studio behind the popular 5v5 VR multiplayer hero shooter game X8, today announced a partnership with VR Master League (VRML). This partnership combines VRML’s expertise in organizing competitive VR gaming events with Thirdverse’s intense action VR game X8.
VRML launched a dedicated VRML X8 Discord channel at https://discord.gg/QUfMFAZuCN, and will host a pre-season starting February 5th to test rule sets and help grow the competitive VRML X8 community. Following the pre-season, players will dive immediately into Season 1 and compete each week for a soon to be announced prize pool. For an opportunity to join the VRML team and contribute to the success of both the preseason and Season 1, fans can follow the VRML X8 Discord channel, where they can stay updated and seize chances to get involved.
Additionally, X8 reached a significant milestone of 300,000 downloads.
