The making of Martha Is Dead and Lumote: The Mastermote Chronicles launch alongside Wired Unplugged – the inside the gaming industry podcast!

Indie games publishing label Wired Productions are proud to announce the official launch of its digital platform Wired Live. With new content every week, Wired plans to lift the lid on indie publishing with a range of series diving into the making of games, special one offs and podcasts featuring weekly guests from across the industry.

Kick-starting Wired Live is a brand-new weekly show and podcast ‘Wired Unplugged’. Presented by Aaron Cooper and Jake Kulkowski, episodes zero and one are both available to watch now. Featuring new and insightful guests from the games industry every single week, with topics ranging from the world of indie publishing to the wider video games industry, the debut episode of ‘Wired Unplugged’ features Wired Productions co-founders and video games industry veterans, Leo Zullo, Jason Harman, and Kevin Leathers. Episode one starring actor and director Doug Cockle, most notably known as the voice of Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher video game series, discusses all things voice acting, the pandemic, as well as The Witcher; from Doug’s thoughts on the Netflix series and a gift from Henry Cavill to the ultimate verdict on the Yen vs. Triss debate, and more.

Wired Productions will also produce ‘Making Of’ documentaries which will closely follow the production of each of their unique and diverse titles as part of Wired Live. Commencing the series is ‘Martha Uncovered’ which takes players behind the scenes of the highly anticipated psychological thriller, Martha Is Dead. Writer/ Director Luca Dalcò and the team at LKA, take a deep dive into the game’s features and themes in a weekly video series that also explores their inspiration, motivation and ambitions for the game.

Following this, the second instalment will follow the development of 3D puzzle platform adventure Lumote: The Mastermote Chronicles. Developed by Luminawesome Games Ltd, The Making of Lumote: Lumote Illuminated showcases the transition from the early stages of Lumote as an early access PC game, which has expanded to include additional story content, a whole new game world, and a new level of challenges, puzzles, and collectables.

The Weekly, Wired Live: Making of series will be available to view on the Wired Productions YouTube channel, with episodes one and two of ‘Martha Uncovered’ debuting today alongside first episode of The Making of Lumote: Lumote Illuminated.
