The action-packed rogue-lite is adding new items and skulls in early August.
On August 1st at 10 pm (PT) Skul: The Hero Slayer will see a major update on PC with 2 new skulls and 3 new items. The game, from publisher NEOWIZ and developer SouthPAW Games, will also go on sale for 40% off for the first time ever from the time the update goes live until August 8th at 10 p.m. (PT).
The two new skulls who will be making their debut are:
- The Wizard
- Davy Jones
The three new items players will be able to use are:
- Dawn of the Crimson Sun
- Dawn of the Argent Moon
- Magical Staff
Along with these new additions, changes in gameplay will follow with the update. Some of the major changes players can expect to see are:
- Change in skills related to “freeze” and “stun” – for the purpose of balance
- Changed the boss’s system of resistance against the status effect
- Changed the effect of “Synergy Zero” Inscription
Bug fixes will be included in this update alongside the new skulls and items to ensure players have a more satisfactory experience.
